    Through a new program called LEADS M.E. lines of credit will be provided to help qualifying small business owners. This program will allow county business people, unable to receive financing through other means, to receive up to 5,000 credit lines. Interested parties will be required to submit a business plan and complete the required applications and forms before funds would be released.
