    According to a recent report, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) may file a civil lawsuit against Vail Resorts, Inc., a company that owns ski resorts in both Wyoming and Colorado. With investigations beginning in 2003, the SEC has brought into question the company's financial restatements after changing the way it accounted for club fees in 2002.
